Terms of Service

PAYMENT

Stonley accepts and processes payments with major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment will be charged to your account when you complete the order on the website.

DELIVERY

Stonley ships orders every day from Monday to Friday. As a general rule, packages are shipped via Royal mail.

Delivery within the UK typically takes 1-2 days. However, in some cases, delays may occur, extending the delivery time by a few additional days.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs.

If you had any damage to your order, please write to us directly at support@stonley.com. Please provide information and a photo of the package. Your items will be professionally packed and well-protected for shipping.

WARRANTY

There is a 2-year warranty according to the consumer purchase law. Our warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship.

The complaint does not apply to faults or damage caused by improper use of the product/service.

We will cover the return costs to a reasonable extent.

REFUNDS

If a refund has been approved, the amount will be returned to your bank account within 3-14 days depending on your bank.

RETURN POLICY

There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

The return must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase. The notification must be sent via email to support@stonley.com. In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.

You are only responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, their properties, and how they work. In other words – you can test the product in the same way as you would in a physical store.

If the product has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that in the event of withdrawal, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the product’s commercial value.

To receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as in a physical store. You need to test the product, but do not actually use it.

LEGAL AGE

By placing an order through our website, you guarantee that you are at least 18 years old. If we are unsure of your age, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
